I have a background in biotechnology and have worked with 20+ climate tech startups as an advisor or early-stage team member. I'm a founding member of ValleyDAO, and active contributor to the Dealflow WG. I am an Advisor at Tandem Repeat, a seed-stage startup decarbonizing the fashion industry by creating high-performance sustainable textiles. At University of Texas at Austin, I have the title of Associate Director of Licensing. Through this role, I help researchers secure IP protection for hundreds of inventions. I am an inventor on a patent and have contributed to more than 100 IP license agreements. I also consult and advise portfolio companies for VCs like Wilbe and Climate Capital Bio.
